This blog is dedicated to helping parents, coaches and players to further their baseball knowledge. Former major leaguer Jack Perconte, 20 years of teaching baseball and author of the book “The Making of a Hitter” will provide imformation and answer baseball instruction questions (only) and answer questions about the book.

    Hi Jack! I bought this book for my husband. We saw that you are from Joliet as are we and wondered if you played Little League. We have 2 boys, age 9 and 10, currently playing for St. Joes and they would find it kind of neat to know. Thank you!
